VeriCUT table with special custom design to allow the caterpillar track to run beneath the machine. VeriCUT can design the table to suit your special situation, whether it is size related, a special pit to have the table recessed into the floor, or special zoning for an existing dust collector.
In this photo we can see the ability of VeriCUT engineering to build your table the way you need it. This customer asked to have the power and caterpillar track cabling tucked under the table instead of the standard side mounting outside the gantry zone or mounted above on the wall. VeriCUT did find this innovative solution thereby not only hiding the caterpillar tracking but also protecting the cabling from sparks and hot metal.
In this photo a plasma machine operator is about to inspect one of the parts being cut on a VeriCUT table system. Notice the complete lack of smoke and how clean the machine is. And how VeriCUT designed the walkway to cover the cabling to protect it from the cutting sparks.
VeriCUT downdraft tables are zoned
VeriCUT downdraft tables are zoned to allow your dust collector to draw smoke only from the area where the torch is cutting. In fact VeriCUT builds these zones to be superbly maintenance free by using a patented special cantilever system so that your system uses no power, air supply or electrical actuators to open and close the zones. Plus we build the tables like tanks to give you decades of trouble-free plate cutting.
The following 24 foot x 13.3 foot downdraft system shipped to Illinois USA July 21st to a prestigious client’s showroom. The VeriCUT design along with customer’s slat frame concept allows lasers to cut with up to 10 kilowatts of power through 2-inch thick steel plate.
